Our FACILITIES.
300yrd.
We call it the 300yrd, but it’s actually 317yrd. That being said there are four shooting benches currently available, with room to double that amount. We will soon be able to offer intermediate permanent steel targets, for your steel ringing pleasure.
100yrds
With 100yrds and four benches, this range is the current backbone of the facility. It is authorized for a static & dynamic firing lines.
This means that as well as shooting from the bench, when occupancy permits, or during sanctioned events, a dynamic firing line may be employed. Close contact, move & shoot are possible.
50yrd.
With two benches and 50yrds, this range is predominantly used for handguns, but is also footprinted up to the maximum our facility will allow. Like the 100 it also has the capacity for static and dynamic firing lines.
airsoft
Airsoft Kelowna, one of our embedded clubs starting this spring will have access to just over 15.5 acres of playable terrain. Plans are in the works for structure, and multiple fields. A small urban environment is even being discussed.
B.E.A.R (Black powder & Associated Riflemen)
If you have any interest in our countries history during the fur trade era, have we got the venue for you to realize your Davey Crockett and David Thompson potential. The BEAR facility offers a 20 + steel target walking trail for muzzleloading long guns and pistols. As well there is a knife and tomahawk trail. There are two hosted annual events, one in July, the second in February.
