All new members must pay an annual membership fee, in addition to a refundable key deposit.
Family members living in the same residence as a member may be added for an additional annual fee, charged per person. Note that only one key will be issued.
Members may invite guests. The guest fee is $10, per visit, per guest.

All new members must attend a range orientation session at the JRSA prior to use of the range.
Joe Rich Sportsman's Association is strictly for members only. By purchasing a membership you are granted the use of 50, 100, and 300 metre ranges as well as the archery range. Use of the range facilities and grounds must be in accordance with the club bylaws, rules, and all firearms laws and regulations. Any contravention of the aforementioned may result in immediate membership termination. And safety violations must be reported to JRSA via email.
Guests are the responsibility of members and the invitation thereof is a privilege of membership with JRSA. When on club property, guests are to be directly supervised by the member, and should be advised of all relevant rules and regulations. Members are limited to three guests per visit. Any single guest is limited to three visits per year. The guest policy is intended to promote both JRSA and firearms with those that may be unfamiliar with either, and is not to be abused.
Membership in the Blackpowder Explorers & Associated Riflemen (BEAR) is required for use of the black powder range and other BEAR facilities.
Key deposits are refundable and will be returned to a lapsed member upon receipt of that members key. This deposit is forfeit if a key is lost, damaged, or stolen and will be re-assessed on the issuance of a new replacement key.
A person who applies for a new membership will be contacted for a range orientation with a JRSA membership director, at which point they will receive their membership card and property key. New members are not permitted to utilize the range until this process has been completed and they have their card in hand.
